Plain language. No contract, cancel anytime, export your data anytime.

What it is. Load-to-Cash is billing software for carriers: POD photo → invoice → receivables, with a detention clock, broker check and reminders.
What it is not. We are not a factoring company, a dispatcher or a collection agency. We never touch your money and never take a percentage of it. Brokers pay on their own terms; we speed up invoicing and follow-up.
Price. Founding program: setup free, $0 until your first invoice goes out, then $149/month up to 20 trucks, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Month to month. Cancel anytime from Settings or by message.
Guarantees. Speed: if your first invoice isn't out within 48 hours of sending us your info, your first 3 months are free. Results: use it for 30 days; if it doesn't save you at least 5 hours of paperwork or get you paid faster, tell us and you pay nothing.
Your data. It's yours. One-click export, deletion on request. See Privacy.
Acceptable use. Use the service for your own trucking business. Don't upload documents you have no right to use.
Availability. We do our best to keep the service online. If something breaks, we fix it fast and tell you.
Messages. Reply STOP to any message from us and we stop contacting you.
